Quality treats dogs love em only thing I can add is pre planning your order if you need them for an event or something delivery can exceed the promised 5 days from time to time other than that in my experience their gear etc is top notch

Over all a very pleasant experience.
First the positive. The dog treats are awesome. Perfect size for my dog and he loves them. No upset tummy for the change over which I did not expect. They smell fresh, and great to scatter and let your dog sniff them out. Really good quality training treats.

Now the only negative I feel communication could have been better.
I would suggest an auto reply to emails which says. thanks for contacting us we would aim to reply in 3 working days or something along those line. This would have stoped a follow up email by myself. And one less email to be read.
One item was out of stock when communicated to myself they sent out what was in stock but did not give an eta on second delivery. To save on delivery cost for the company I would have suggested a similar product that was in stock. This would not please everyone but I would have been happy to replace.
Will I use again? definitely the treats are top notch. And worth every penny
