People often ask why a company called The Gundog Catalogue talks so much about Labradors, Dachshunds, Basset Hounds, Terriers, Spaniels and rescue dogs. The answer is simple. Yes, we have a passion for working dogs and the countryside, but Bailey has taught us that it doesn't matter whether your best friend retrieves game, sleeps on the sofa, enjoys gentle walks, or still thinks they're a puppy at thirteen years old. If they're loved, they're welcome here.

Hello... I'm Craig, and this is Bailey Dog.

Bailey and I first found each other in May 2021 and, by June, he'd very much decided that I was going to be his human. Looking back, I don't think either of us realised quite how much our lives were about to change. At the time I'd just stepped away from decades in the corporate world to build something of my own. What started as a small family business has since grown into The Gundog Catalogue, and Bailey Dog has been with me through every step of that journey.
